Logos and Design
If you require your own logo or design we would need to see a copy of your logo either as a file such as jpeg or hard copy. Don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with these terms, just call us or contact us by email and we will be happy to explain and guide you through the process. There would then be a one off set-up fee for businesses of £30.00 for embroidery and £10.00 for print
Once your logo has been digitised we will then send you an embroidered sample for your approval. When we have received conformation and payment we will then process your order
Catalogue
We have an illustrated catalogue available on request. If you would like a catalogue that shows a wide range of apparel and items that can have your logo or design added, drop us an email and we will be happy to provide one by return.
Incorrect Delivery
In the unlikely event that you receive items which were not what you ordered, which are damaged, defective or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
We pride ourselves in provide a good quality service, however in the event that we fail to meet our high standards of customer service please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every reasonable endeavour to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.
